As part of my work supporting communications for a network of more than 1,400 nonprofit partners, I created a gratitude campaign toolkit to help organizations strengthen relationships with workplace giving donors. The campaign focused on the long-standing impact of one of the world’s most successful workplace philanthropy programs and highlighted themes of service and community impact.

I led the campaign’s digital strategy and created all supporting graphics, applying social media best practices to help nonprofit partners reach and engage workplace giving donors effectively.
To support a national network of more than 1,400 nonprofit partners, I developed a gratitude campaign toolkit to help organizations thank workplace giving donors and strengthen long-term relationships. Because many partners have small teams and limited marketing capacity, the focus was on making stewardship simple and practical. The toolkit included ready-to-use messaging, social graphics, email copy, and clear guidance that organizations could quickly adapt.
I also created a downloadable PDF campaign booklet to help partners promote the effort and understand the strategy behind it. The guide outlined messaging pillars, donor outreach templates, and practical tips for identifying and reaching eligible donors in their communities.
In addition, I led several marketing webinars that walked through campaign resources, shared examples of effective outreach, and offered strategies for finding eligible donors in partner databases and networks. The goal was to give busy nonprofit teams tools they could use right away to steward supporters and build more sustainable donor relationships.
One of the most popular and widely used features of the toolkit was a set of customizable Canva templates that nonprofit partners could easily adapt and personalize for their own outreach.
