Black Birthing Initiative Impact Report
For the Black Birthing Initiative’s first impact report, I combined video storytelling with powerful quotes from program recipients to capture the lived experiences behind the data. The digital format allowed us to highlight more voices from our partners and program participants by creating more opportunities to learn more. By blending design, multimedia, and messaging, I created a report that not only documented progress but also inspired future support and collaboration.
This impact report provided a simple way to provide a high-level overview of our work. I also created a PDF version to share with funders and potential funders and provided more detail of the breadth of the program.
Foundation for Physical Therapy Research – Annual Report
When the Foundation for Physical Therapy Research considered the future of its annual report, I helped lead the transition from print to digital. By moving the publication online, we eliminated costly printing and production expenses, allowing the organization to redirect budget toward higher-impact engagement like events and direct mailings.
I designed a modular format that made the report’s content easier to scan while weaving in videos and multimedia features from our many COVID-era virtual events. The result was a more flexible, accessible tool for storytelling that reached donors and stakeholders effectively while providing additional content for social media.
